Job Description
The HR Operations Generalist is responsible for coordinating and leading various HR projects along with regular assigned HR duties. This person is responsible for carrying out HR processes and procedures accurately and timely. This person is responsible for periodic audits to ensure quality and accuracy. This person has the ability to assist customers with all basic HR needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required or five years' experience in Human Resources in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
- Two years' experience in Human Resources is required.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, SHRM-CP or CHHR preferred.
